AIC Program: Bridging the Gap
Our Academic-Industry Collaboration (AIC) Program is designed to facilitate meaningful collaboration between industry organizations and educational institutions. Its primary objective is to offer students invaluable career guidance and opportunities to explore diverse industries.
Focusing on final-year and internship students, the program aims to ensure a seamless transition from university to the workplace. For employers, participation in the AIC program offers a multitude of benefits, including enhanced employer branding, the attraction of millennial talent, graduate retention, engagement with motivated students, and the identification of potential employees who align with their business needs.
Strengthening the Initiative
To further strengthen this initiative, Talent Houz has signed an MOU with TalentCorp. This collaboration allows us to leverage TalentCorp's expertise in talent development and extensive industry connections, in line with the TalentCorp YES! Collaborators initiative.
