Talent Houz AIC Program - YOUTH Z Tour

Another successful AIC Program with Cycle & Carriage and Automotive Academy! 

Talent Houz is thrilled to announce the successful completion of the second AIC program, the Youth Z Tour- Dare to Dream in collaboration with Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad!

We are proud to have co-organized this extraordinary event, bringing together the bright minds of Techtra Automotive Academy and ESnet Academy students for an enlightening office tour, insightful industry-sharing session, and a productive networking event.

Our main objective was to provide the automotive students with a deeper understanding of automotive technology and foster their industry exploration.

Career Talk

Mr. Sarveswaran Rajasegaran, Cycle & Carriage Senior Manager - Head Perak delivered a career talk with the topic "Dare to Dream". The talk focused on technician workplace knowledge and skills required for success in the respective fields. Talent Houz representatives provided tips on” Beyond Technical Skills” on how to be the top candidate in work.

Industry Visits

Students had the opportunity to visit renowned companies in the automotive retail industry. These visits allowed them to gain first-hand experience in the working environment, witness industry practices, and understand the day-to-day operations of different departments; especially aftersales and body & paint workshops. 

Q&A  + Networking Sessions:

Interactive networking sessions were organized, enabling students to connect with industry professionals, establish valuable contacts, and expand their professional networks. These sessions fostered meaningful conversations and mentorship opportunities. Q&A sessions were conducted to provide career guidance and insights into industry-specific skills and competencies. Students actively participated, engaging in insightful discussions, and gaining a broader perspective on the industry.
