Job Responsibilities:
Develop business strategies to attract new customers
Liaise between customer and internal teams to assist and resolve clients’ account issues
Prepare quotations, sales analytical reports and related documents
Build and maintain good relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure full customer satisfaction and repeat business
Deal with complaints to maintain trust
Continue grow new business with existing clients
Explore new market segments and new customers
Job Requirements:
Experience in logistic industry (forwarder/forwarding)
Good communication & presentation skills in both Mandarin and English
Sales oriented and strategic thinking
Working experience in MNC logistics company is an added advantage
Established network with overseas logistic agent is an added advantage
