Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle shipment documentation-LN system related
  • Make arrangement for local deliveries (within Malaysia)
  • Inventory Check
  • Plan Delivery
  • Book transportation
  • South East Asia shipment
  • Weekly & monthly planning for local & SEA shipments
  • Process inquiry from PIC (Project & Sales Team)
  • Customer care Dept- to check on upcoming shipments on material readiness
  • Paperwork housekeeping/filing
  • Support where necessary for export shipments

 

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Minimum a Diploma
  • Microsoft office applications – power point, excel and word
  • Excellent communication skills
