Job Responsibilities:
- Plan strategies for all Marketing teams (including Digital, Advertising, Communications & Creative)
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Plan marketing strategies to promote higher profitability and competitiveness
- Develop plans to establish company brand, allocate resources to projects and set short-term & long-term department goals
- Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (by events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor market practice and competitors on acquisitions, pricing changes, new products and features
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Manage marketing budget and allocate it effectively
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in relevant fields, preferably in startup (SME’s industry will be a PLUS)
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in E-Commerce
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Skills and experience in online marketing, content marketing and social media management
- Understanding and knowledge of public relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to environmental change
