Branding & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Plan strategies for all Marketing teams (including Digital, Advertising, Communications & Creative)
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals
  • Plan marketing strategies to promote higher profitability and competitiveness
  • Develop plans to establish company brand, allocate resources to projects and set short-term & long-term department goals
  • Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (by events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor market practice and competitors on acquisitions, pricing changes, new products and features
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate it effectively

 

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in relevant fields, preferably in startup (SME’s industry will be a PLUS)
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in E-Commerce
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan
  • Skills and experience in online marketing, content marketing and social media management
  • Understanding and knowledge of public relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to environmental change
