Job Responsibilities:

  • Reply the inquiries from Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp
  • Reply emails from audiences
  • Moderate Facebook page and groups
  • Follow up with course student
  • Knowledge base building



Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (verbal & written)
  • Good typing speed
  • Expected skills in Microsoft Office
  • Possess at least SPM/O-level, have knowledge in finance and investment
  • Familiar with basic financial knowledge and the function of trading platform
  • Assisting in ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Hardworking, confidence, leadership, sociable
  • Preferred candidate with customer service experience
