Job Responsibilities: 

  • Understand the core concept of “Direct Response Marketing” in 3 main areas: Message, Market and Media. ROI driven.
  • Passion in understanding human psychology on why and how humans take action to reduce pain or/and increase pleasureWork out online marketing strategies, methods, and tools to promote and effectively market and sell the company’s products and services to the target audience via a variety of media platforms such as social media (Facebook, etc), Google, Traditional & unconventional media
  • Work closely with Education, Business Development and Membership division implementing the various strategies and methods to effectively reach out to different target audience, thereby generating a great ROI on marketing dollars spent
  • Strong persuasive copy-writing skills preferred to be able to influence positive behavior
  • Providing on-the- ground support for various events with Business Development
  • Out of the box thinker and always seeking a better way to achieve sustainable results

 

Job Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, managing Pay Per Click and Affiliate programs
  • Competent with using Google Analytics, SEM, Adwords and any other PPC platforms
  • Strong understanding of lead generation fundamental, strategies and best practices
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Fast learner who can achieve power-status on multiple tools quickly
  • Must be able to support company events/seminars on weekends.
