Job Responsibilities: 

  • Interview and selection, new join orientation, on the job training of employees
  • Manage, educate and oversee the execution of performance appraisal and KPI of the employees
  • Create good employee relation and engaging employees to maintain and drive the company culture, compliance of company handbook and good employee morale
  • Establish and update HR documentations, inclusive of employee personnel records, attendance, leave and medical records
  • Take charge of all matters relating payroll (employee compensation), overtime, statuaries such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, ZAKAT and others payment in a timely manner
  • Propose and coordinate company events to ensure employee good morale and participation
  • Handle office administrative tasks and duties encompassing business license, control and manage office facilities, equipment and stationary, telecommunications, access card management and cleanliness to ensure smooth running of the division


Job Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience as HR Officer in similar industry
  • Able to perform the job with the knowledge of all HR related subjects
  • Experienced in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, OSHA, EPF Act, SOCSO Act and related Act
  • Preferably 28 – 35 years old, Dynamic, Positive, high mobility
