Logistics Sales Executive



Job Responsibilities

  • Key responsible to focus on selling logistic solutions to clients and prospecting for new business
  • Be accountable for the growth of profit in line with sales target
  • Interact with management, company personnel and vendors to establish service criteria and meet customer requirements
  • Secure/collect all necessary information to assess credit worthiness of potential customer
  • Coordinate client cargo movements including job registrations,cargo consolidation,manifest lodging, and transportation/invoicing to meet international/domestic,import and export requirements
  • Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customer and enforce previously agreed payment terms
  • Manage day-to-day daily sales reporting and prioritize on customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via social media, email, phone
  • Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and ad hoc task as assigned by the Management when required
