Job Responsibilities

● Manage the whole production day to day operation, process and administration.

● Responsible to monitor production output and to meet target

● Lead and manage the production team to optimise productivity and ensure cost

● effectiveness

● Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales & Planning team on all delivery schedules meet the customers’ requirement

● Analyse, develop and implement strategies to optimise quality products and implement continual improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction

● Work hand in hand with the Maintenance team in ensuring the machines preventive maintenance are done on time and follow schedule. Develop strategies to minimise machine downtime and production wastage

● Perform failure analysis / root cause analysis (FMEA). Identify and implement effective and practical corrective action

● Oversee workforce allocation, arrangement, job assignment and overtime

● Train new workers, refresh training for existing workers and upgrade capable workers to keep up the workers’ skills

● Resolve issues including non-conformances occurred and corrective action requested (CAR)

● Prepare annual, monthly and daily reports

Experience Needed

● Possess a Diploma/Degree in mechanical or electrical and electronic engineering

● At least 5 years working experience in the manufacturing industry

● Good communication skill in English and Malay (Japanese & Mandarin will be an added advantage)

● Good in people management, work independently with leadership, self-motivated and committed
