Talent Houz is searching for Recruitment Consultant who would be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs & matching them to positions with client companies. You would build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of your candidates & clients’ recruitment needs. You would also attract candidates by using a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals etc. In general, you would learn to master the skillsets from end-to-end recruitment process & provide professional consultation to both clients and candidates on salary levels, job requirements and career opportunities.
 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Use sales, BD, marketing techniques to attract business from client companies
  • Visit clients to build and develop positive relationship
  • Develop good understanding of market industries and client companies
  • Advertise positions and attract candidates across social media platforms
  • Headhunt – Identify & approach right candidates who may already be in work
  • Review applications, conduct interviews & create a shortlist of candidates
  • Brief candidate about hiring companies details and job opportunities
  • Prepare profiles & proposal and submit to clients regarding suitable applicants
  • Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client
  • Follow-up from clients & inform candidates about the results of interviews
  • Negotiate job remuneration package & finalise between clients and candidates
  • Consult both clients and candidates when necessary
  • Work towards targets that may relate to number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
  • Review recruitment process constantly to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques

 

Job Requirements: 

  • 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR role
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience with candidate sourcing tools & methods
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal, presentation & communication skills
  • Cooperative team player & good time-management skills
  • Candidates from telemarketing / customer service are encouraged to apply as well
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin
     

Remuneration Package:
RM2,500 to RM4,000 Basic + Commission


Working Locations:
Bandar Botanic, Klang


Working Days & Hours:
Monday – Friday:  8.30am – 6.00pm
