Job Responsibilities: 

  • Μαnage and conduct outbound calls to bring in sales
  • Pre-screen potential clients to ensure that they qualify for financing 
  • Effectively following up with clients in a timely manner 
  • Lead a team of 6 – 7 members to achieve team target including individual target & contribute towards company’s objective and overall target 
  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales report for top management 
  • Demonstrate strong personal values and commitment to company’s mission and values 
  • Handle any ad-hoc work or projects assigned to you 


Job Requirements: 

  • Min 1-year sales experience, preferably in mortgage loan with Financial Institutions 
  • Must be Mandarin speaker and possess good telemarketing skills 
  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Good leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • Sales and results-oriented

Working Days & Hours:

Mon- Fri (10:00AM – 6:30PM)
Sat (10:00AM – 2:00PM) / If KPI achieved, Saturday may rest
