● Responsible for planning, organising, implementing and monitoring advertising activities, marketing materials.
● Social media (FB, YouTube, IG) and website management (Wordpress)
● To execute all marketing strategies (above the line/below the line) timely & to ensure it achieves the objectives & results.
● To initiate a quarterly digital marketing campaign (Require to analyse and optimise the performance of all campaigns and post mortem report for each completed campaign.)
● Assist to prepare reports and/or presentation slides for meetings and presentations.
● Market Intelligence.
● Degree in Marketing or equivalent
● Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing Agencies Industry (Property Industry Experience will be ideal)
● Written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST. Literacy in Bahasa will be an added advantage
● Well verse in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, FB Ads, GA)
● Able to work independently and possess strong sense of ownership and responsibility
● Organise, Prioritise and manage multiple tasks, projects and short-deadlines working in a fast paced environment
● Results oriented in delivering expectations within stated time-lines and budgets permitted
● Highly resourceful and committed in ensuring high quality outputs on tasks assigned
