Job Responsibilities:
- Resolving key issues with Siebel Server components
- Will assist in delivering of high quality solutions in response to specific business requirements and performs assigned technical tasks including
- Impact analysis of changes on the Siebel application
- Technical design of upcoming Siebel projects
- Siebel patch/product installation
- Work with Siebel tools (configuration and scripting) to analyze and implement a customer solution
- Work on SQL queries to build reports as requested
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands on Siebel experience is required with development delivery in at least two out of three key functions: • Siebel Core – Products, Activities, Accounts, Contacts, Pricing. • Service – Service Request • Order Management – Quotes, Service Order Management, Products/Pricing, Agreement
- Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM Configuration; Business Components, Views, Applets, Roles & Responsibilities, Workflow, eScript.
- Experience with event driven Configuration, such as Workflow Policies and Run-time Events.
- Experience with EAI Integrations, Business Services, Web Services, Scripting, Configuration
- Experience with EIM/ data conversion activities
- Experience with Siebel Administration,production support, system maintenance and upgrades
- Good understanding of the Oracle database, networking and UNIX especially Sun Solaris
- Should possess excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers
- Deep technical and functional experience on Siebel 7 and/or 8 offerings
- Deep knowledge in implementation of best practices and apply in a real-world setting
- Hands on experience of Siebel on Solaris 8/9/10 environment
- Must have proficiency in database (Oracle 9i / 10g)
- Experience with full life cycle implementation project.
- Experience working with different Siebel applications and database tools
- Experience with UNIX scripting
- Experience with documenting system specifications, operating procedures, installation instructions and other system-related information
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
- Must have good judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal clients
