The K-Youth Programme continues to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping young Malaysians with practical industry experience and essential workplace skills.

As part of the Machinery & Equipment Track, K-Youth trainees embarked on their On-the-Job Training (OJT) journey with New Hoong Fatt, gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, industrial equipment, and real-world working environments.

Beyond technical competencies, the training emphasised the importance of initiative, responsibility, adaptability, and a positive workplace mindset, preparing participants for the expectations of today's workforce.

Through industry partnerships, the programme also provides employers with opportunities to identify and nurture emerging talent while enabling trainees to explore their career interests and develop greater confidence in their abilities.
