    • You can directly apply for any positions you have found on our website. Once we received your job application details, you will be contacted by a career consultant if we have suitable positions for you.
  2. Preliminary chat
    • Our career consultant who specialises in your area of expertise will arrange for an initial discussion to enquire about your specialisation, career highlights, career expectations and preferred future career path, followed by introduce you to suitable and potential career opportunities.
  3. Scheduled interview with hiring company
    • Once successful job match has been made, we will schedule an interview for you with the hiring company and conduct a pre-interview briefing. Following this, our career consultant will provide post-interview feedback to you on behalf of the client.
  4. Offer negotiation & On-boarding & Casual follow ups
    • Our career consultant will keep you updated on the status of hiring company's hiring decision and assist you in any further negotiations of the offer. This includes commencement date, remuneration package and any other details unique to your situation. Our career consultant will support you in making a smooth transition to your new employer and commit to ensure your career expectation is met.
