As part of our Academic–Industry Collaboration (AIC) initiative, Talent Houz recently connected L’OCCITANE Malaysia with Heriot-Watt University Malaysia (HWUM) for their Sustainability Week: “Second Life for a Greener Tomorrow.”
Through this partnership, L’OCCITANE brought its signature Big Little Things (BLT) program to campus — encouraging students to drop off pre-loved eyewear and cleaned beauty empties in exchange for premium samples and hand creams. The booth not only promoted recycling but also served as a platform to raise awareness on responsible consumption and circular beauty practices.
The initiative reflected L’OCCITANE’s ongoing commitment to UN SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption & Production) and demonstrated how sustainable action can be embedded in everyday habits.
By facilitating this collaboration, Talent Houz continues to bridge global brands and universities, creating real opportunities for students to experience sustainability beyond the classroom — and inspiring small actions that drive lasting change.
💚 Small actions, big change.
