Talent Houz proudly celebrated the successful completion of the K-Youth Programme's On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Hartalega, marking an important milestone in the participants' journey towards employment.

Throughout their training under the Machinery & Equipment Track, participants gained valuable hands-on technical experience, industry exposure, and essential workplace skills in a professional manufacturing environment.

Beyond technical development, trainees were also introduced to Hartalega's SHIELD values – Synergy, Honesty, Innovation, Excellence, Learning, and Dedication, strengthening their understanding of workplace professionalism and organisational culture.

The completion ceremony recognised the participants' dedication and achievements, while acknowledging Hartalega's training and HR teams for their continuous guidance and support throughout the programme.

This milestone reflects Talent Houz's ongoing commitment to bridging the gap between training and employment, equipping young Malaysians with the skills, confidence, and industry experience needed to pursue meaningful careers.
