On 23rd September 2025, Talent Houz, in collaboration with the Malaysia HR Forum, hosted the How HR Creates ROI event in Petaling Jaya — uniting HR leaders to explore how strategic hiring, lean practices, and leadership can drive measurable business impact.

The day opened with remarks by Mr. Arul from Malaysia HR Forum, followed by a panel discussion with Oscar Low (CEO, Talent Houz), Vincent Chong Wai Seng (Plant Manager, Steelcase Manufacturing), and Christine Eu (Head of HR, Cycle & Carriage Bintang). They shared powerful insights on moving HR beyond cost centers, the ROI of strategic hiring, and embedding lean HR practices for greater efficiency.

Participants also gained practical takeaways from two deep-dive sessions: Wen Xuan (Talent Houz) presented a case study on lean HR practices and ROI-driven hiring, while Yi Von Foo (Dale Carnegie Trainer & John Maxwell Coach) delivered an inspiring session on leadership imperatives for building high-performance teams.
