Program Akses Kerjaya: Bringing Career Opportunities Closer to the Community

Empowering Communities Through Practical Career Support

Access to the right career guidance can make a meaningful difference in helping individuals take their next step towards employment.

As part of our ongoing CSR efforts, Talent Houz brought Program Akses Kerjaya directly to the community at PPR Kg Baru Hicom, creating an accessible space for participants to gain practical career knowledge, guidance and support.

Throughout the session, participants received insights on career readiness, resume preparation, interview techniques and job search strategies. The programme focused on practical knowledge that participants could immediately apply when preparing for and pursuing employment opportunities.

   

We were also glad to have PERKESO join the initiative to share valuable information on employment support and MyFutureJobs, helping participants better understand the resources and opportunities available to them.

Beyond the sessions, Program Akses Kerjaya is about building confidence and creating stronger connections between communities and employment opportunities. By bringing career support directly to the community, we hope to make the journey towards employment more accessible and achievable.
