About the Job
As an Admin Executive (Recruiter) with Talent Houz, you will assist and manage overall foreign worker administration and recruitment process. Your role will be important to ensure all relevant activities related to foreign worker administration to be planned and executed in an accurate and timely manner. You will also work closely with the government body, dispatch team and relevant vendors to ensure all the foreign worker administration activities are attended to.

What you’ll do
- To manage foreign worker administration (permit renewal, quota approval application, insurance claim, SOCSO submission, FOMEMA registration and relevant activities).
- To manage end-to-end foreign worker recruitment process including communicate with source country agency.
- To ensure each foreign worker permit and government approval obtained before expiry.
- To organize and safekeeping all foreign worker personal file.
- To undertake the task of receiving calls, email replies, take messages and routine correspondences with client, government agency and relevant vendors.
- To manage office & operation admin filling system to ensure its completeness in term of updating and ability to retrieve data on the spot.
- Automatically and spontaneous deal with the latest news from government departments.
- Support to airport clearance and immigration for submission when necessary.
- Teamwork with dispatch.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks given by superior.
What you’ll bring
- Possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in business administration, HR and other relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR.
- Must be mandarin speaker
- Experience dealing with government authorities (immigration, labour office, embassy etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working as “admin in law firm” or “customer service in foreign labour documents” is a plus.
- Preferably Jr Exec specialized in clerical / administrative support or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in term of speaking, writing and listening.
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Required Skill: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
- Able to travel in Klang valley and KL when necessary.
