Job Responsibilities

  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and/ or information on all/assigned inventory levels.
  • To check the balance record with warehouse team in every end month/ week/day.
  • Matching/ tally any related supporting documents to related Job Summary.
  • To perform day-to-day operations of the retail area in the functions of sales performance, stock management and customer service.
  • Coordination with warehouse for daily operation to ensure physical inventory is well managed.
  • Co-ordinate with logistics department for any preparation documents or operation flows.
  • Responsible for end-to-end process of direct delivery request in triangulation, which inclusive getting freight quotation if needed.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and ad hoc task as assigned by the Management when required
