Job Responsibilities:
- Assess contractor’s progress of works with regards to time and quality
- Make recommendations to resolve problem arise
- Manage the timeliness of the progress of the project
- Identify reasonable time required for given task
- Good time management in completing tasks based on time identified and agreed
- Coordinate & follow up with mall management / authorities to obtain design & fit out approval
- Produce standard ID construction drawings independently
- Read and coordinate architect, C&S, M&E, and other relevant consultants drawing while producing construction drawings
- Produce BOQ & good understanding about ID finishes cost
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Project Management role (Interior design Consultancy / Design & Build company)
- Required experience in following projects: Hotel, F&B, Retail & Residential
- Creative, self-motivated, dedicated, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a tight timeline.
- Preferably fluent English & Mandarin verbal and written skills
