Support the development and implementation of the aesthetic product strategy that ensures winning new business and driving sales growth
Support development and implementation of sales promotion campaign and material
Manage agency relationship to ensure timely delivery of assigned tactics and that they align with strategy
Collaborate with sales force to develop patient/ public awareness programs that are in line with strategic direction, leveraging these programs to support market expansions
Monitor and control program performance and work with team to adjust plan accordingly
Monitor industry innovation, perform competitive analysis and prepare business and marketing requirement documentation
Conduct product training internally and externally when required
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day to day activities including , Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers. Create, curate and manage all published content (images, videos, writer and audio podcast)
Job Requirements:
Candidate must have a proven ability to analyze market requirements, define products and solutions, drive them to market, and position them to win
Position requires in depth understanding of the aesthetic beauty industry, players, products and direction of the market
Excellent communication skills are important as candidate must work across various functional area (product management operations, sales and marketing) and with external partners and customers
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, willing to travel when required
