Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the aesthetic product strategy that ensures winning new business and driving sales growth
  • Support development and implementation of sales promotion campaign and material
  • Manage agency relationship to ensure timely delivery of assigned tactics and that they align with strategy
  • Collaborate with sales force to develop patient/ public awareness programs that are in line with strategic direction, leveraging these programs to support market expansions
  • Monitor and control program performance and work with team to adjust plan accordingly
  • Monitor industry innovation, perform competitive analysis and prepare business and marketing requirement documentation
  • Conduct product training internally and externally when required
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day to day activities including , Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers. Create, curate and manage all published content (images, videos, writer and audio podcast)

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a proven ability to analyze market requirements, define products and solutions, drive them to market, and position them to win
  • Position requires in depth understanding of the aesthetic beauty industry, players, products and direction of the market
  • Excellent communication skills are important as candidate must work across various functional area (product management operations, sales and marketing) and with external partners and customers
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, willing to travel when required
