Job Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the whole production day to day operation, process and administration.
  • Responsible to monitor production output and to meet target
  • Lead and manage the production team to optimize productivity and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales & Planning team on all delivery schedules meet the customers’ requirement
  • Analyze, develop and implement strategies to optimize quality products and implement continual improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Work hand in hand with the Maintenance team in ensuring the machines preventive maintenance are done on time and follow schedule. Develop strategies to minimize machine downtime and production wastage
  • Perform failure analysis / root cause analysis (FMEA). Identify and implement effective and practical corrective action
  • Oversee workforce allocation, arrangement, job assignment and overtime
  • Train new workers, refresh training for existing workers and upgrade capable workers to keep up the workers’ skills
  • Resolve issues including non-conformances occurred and corrective action requested (CAR)
  • Prepare annual, monthly and daily reports

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in mechanical or electrical and electronic engineering
  • At least 3 years working experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Good communication skill in English and Malay
  • Good in people management, work independently with leadership, self-motivated and committed
