Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole production day to day operation, process and administration.
- Responsible to monitor production output and to meet target
- Lead and manage the production team to optimize productivity and ensure cost effectiveness
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales & Planning team on all delivery schedules meet the customers’ requirement
- Analyze, develop and implement strategies to optimize quality products and implement continual improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work hand in hand with the Maintenance team in ensuring the machines preventive maintenance are done on time and follow schedule. Develop strategies to minimize machine downtime and production wastage
- Perform failure analysis / root cause analysis (FMEA). Identify and implement effective and practical corrective action
- Oversee workforce allocation, arrangement, job assignment and overtime
- Train new workers, refresh training for existing workers and upgrade capable workers to keep up the workers’ skills
- Resolve issues including non-conformances occurred and corrective action requested (CAR)
- Prepare annual, monthly and daily reports
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in mechanical or electrical and electronic engineering
- At least 3 years working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Good communication skill in English and Malay
- Good in people management, work independently with leadership, self-motivated and committed
