Job Summary
3 months of internship programme with recruitment projects, on-job-training and mentoring
Provides valuable hands-on experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources or talent acquisition
Develop essential skills in people managing skills, analytical skills and recruitment processes
Opportunity to secure a fast track career as qualified Recruitment Consultant upon completion the programme
What you'll do
Responsible to source for candidates based on the requirements provided by hiring managers
Initiate sourcing strategy through the resources
Perform pre-screening process, including phone interviews to enhance the quality of the shortlisted candidates
Provide timely and effective deliveries in Recruitment function based on the projects assigned
Ensure daily recruitment activities are comply to the standard work procedures
Maintain a high performance culture within the team
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager
What you'll bring
Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in HR, IT, Psychology and Engineering (other disciplines will be taken into consideration as well)
Applicants must possess own transport and laptop
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Pleasant personality, energetic and result oriented with minimum supervision
