We’re seeking an aspiring Senior Business Development Executive to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Your rolewill be to proactively develop quality, enterprise level, pipeline through email, telephone and socialmedia outreach and to qualify and nurture incoming enquiries to the point of ‘sales ready lead’.You will also work closely with the client and the recruitment team to ensure all their hiring needsare attended to.

About the Job

  • Deep understanding of business strategy and plan and drive sales activity to achieve the committed revenue and profit.
  • Conduct market survey and market mapping to penetrate relevant market that align to company strategy.
  • Expand & identify new sales leads and potential new markets across various channel not limited to cold call, networking event and etc.
  • Establish professional client/business relationships with key decision makers in client’s company in a competitive environment.
  • Understand the needs of clients and consult with out solution accordingly.
  • Contact potential clients via email/phone/social media to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Keep awareness of latest market trends (competitors, new FDI) and discuss with head of department on strategy to penetrate market.
  • Update client companies’ information accurately in CRM system, leverage CRM to streamline sales process to re-target potential prospects.
  • Attend business conferences, meetings, expo, and industry events when needed.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for business pitching.
  • Develop & customize quotes, proposals and agreement according to client needs and align of company requirement.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in person.
  • Keep head of department informed by submitting weekly & monthly reports.

What you’ll bring

  • Posses at least Degree/Diploma in business administration, mass communication, psychology field.
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience in B2B sales/business development (from training company, HR consultancy, job portal, logistics firm, etc.)
  • Experiences promoting product/services from to human resource manager/director.
  • Have existing network of manufacturing/tech companies.
  • Strong networker, outspoken, fast paced and quick thinking, able to respond to clients request promptly.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
  • Good communication & business presentation skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Malay/Mandarin.
  • Skillful in business contracts negotiation and dealing with complaints/rejection.
  • Result driven and aggressive personality.
