Job Responsibilities:
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Issuing Letter of employment or warning letter. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, and other HR related documents.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Implement training and development plans
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner; and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Monitor budgets by department
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is an added advantage
