Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Issuing Letter of employment or warning letter. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, and other HR related documents.
  • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner; and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval


Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience (3-5 years) as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is an added advantage
