Over the past semester, Talent Houz had the opportunity to collaborate with MBA students from INTI International University under our Academic–Industry Collaboration (AIC) Program.
This Employer Project was designed with a clear objective — to bridge academic learning with real-world industry challenges, specifically in the areas of employer branding and campus engagement.

Rather than working on theoretical case studies, students were tasked to analyse and improve Talent Houz’s existing AIC initiatives. This included:
Through this, students gained first-hand exposure to how employer branding strategies are designed, executed, and measured in a real business context.
One of the most valuable takeaways from the project was a recurring theme:

While AIC has successfully built strong reach and partnerships, the students identified a key opportunity to strengthen continuity — turning individual events into a structured engagement journey.
