Sustainable HR Strategy: Compliance, Efficiency, Innovate

On 11th September 2025, Talent Houz, in collaboration with Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC), hosted the Sustainable HR Strategy: Compliance, Efficiency, Innovate event — bringing HR leaders together to exchange insights on building ethical and future-ready workforces.

The day opened with a panel discussion on “Ethical Recruitment: Building a Compliant, Sustainable Workforce”, where leaders shared strategies to align hiring practices with labour laws while addressing real-world challenges.
