Women Leading Beyond Boundaries: Accelerating Women's Leadership in Malaysia

Talent Houz successfully hosted Women Leading Beyond Boundaries, an event dedicated to empowering women in leadership and promoting inclusive workplace cultures. Supported by the Women Leadership Foundation (WLF), the event brought together professionals, industry leaders and advocates for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing and networking.

The highlight of the event was a panel discussion titled “Building Inclusive Workplaces: Accelerating Women's Leadership in Malaysia”, featuring distinguished panellists Emylia Anwar, CEO of Women Leadership Foundation; Aiza Aryati Kasim, Country Head of Human Resources at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia; and Dr. Sharifah Musainah, former Chief People Officer of QSR Brands.

Moderated by Joanne Chan, alongside Talent Houz CEO Oscar Low, the discussion explored leadership challenges, workplace inclusivity, career progression and the importance of creating opportunities for women to thrive in leadership roles.

Beyond the panel discussion, participants enjoyed an interactive professional makeup and grooming session by Shu Uemura, highlighting the role of personal branding and professional presence in building confidence at work. The event also provided opportunities for participants to network, exchange experiences and build meaningful professional connections.
