Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop business strategies to attract new customers
  • Liaise between customer and internal teams to assist and resolve clients’ account issues
  • Prepare quotations, sales analytical reports and related documents
  • Build and maintain good relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure full customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Continue grow new business with existing clients
  • Explore new market segments and new customers


Job Requirements: 

  • Experience in logistic industry (forwarder/forwarding)
  • Good communication & presentation skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Sales oriented and strategic thinking
  • Working experience in MNC logistics company is an added advantage
  • Established network with overseas logistic agent is an added advantage
