As an HR Executive (Recruiter) with Talent Houz, you will manage full recruitment processes sourcing for the right calibre candidates, presenting them to clients and negotiating salary packages. Your goal is to meet the needs of both the employer and professionals seeking for a career change to ensure the best mutual fit.

What you’ll do

• Handle mass hiring for general worker, picker, packer, production worker & operator.
• Apply active and passive ways to source suitable candidate.
• Advertise vacancies across social media resources.
• Screen resume & perform phone interview with candidates.
• Communicate client' company information and benefits with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview arrangement with candidates.
• Follow up on the interview process status.
• Project coordination in term of attendance and disciplinary issues.
• Strategize and execute new initiative for more effective sourcing (such as job flyers distribution, job portal, school recruitment, referral program, social media recruitment, etc.). 

What you’ll bring

• Posses at least SPM qualification
• Candidate who has the related background to hiring/ recruitment is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welsome to apply.
• Must possess own transport and able to travel within Klang Valley.
