Job Responsibilities:
- To perform sales activities & promote products professionally with walk-in and call-in customers
- Responsible for customer overall experience
- To resolve any customer complaints
- To perform roadshow setup & sales
- To prepare car templates when required according to SOP
- To perform car mat installation for customers
- To maintain excellent inventory control
- To do daily settlement for different payment methods
- To prepare daily & weekly sales report
- To perform daily retail operation according to SOP
- To perform any other task or project assigned by immediate superior or company management
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM cert
- Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to work according retail shifts, weekend and public holiday
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail industry
- Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serve
- Young, talkative and passionate personality
